While it is difficult to scratch our clutches, it can happen.  And this is another positive attribute of the ceramic clear coat we use: despite its inherent durability and hardness, it can be refinished and buffed out to like-new without any major repair needed.  Our professionals are trained to work with this material and are available to help you should the need arise.

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.  We also accept wire transfers, Venmo and PayPal.

Before shipping your order, our warehouse inspects to make sure items are in pristine condition. In the case you receive a damaged item please contact Customer Care immediately.

Yes.  While we do not get many pieces coming back for repair, our artisans are masters in their craft, and we do offer our services for any repairs and refurbishments you may need or desire.
