You have 14 days to return any items once you have received your order. All merchandise must be returned with its original dust bag, cloth and gift packaging as well as the security tag. Merchandise must be unused and in the same unaltered condition in which it was received. If the security tag is removed we will be unable to process your refund.
All original tickets must be attached, and a copy of your invoice must be enclosed with your merchandise Return Authorization (RA) number clearly documented.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, Jeffrey Levinson reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise if it does not meet the return policy requirements or if the security tag has been removed.
