Thank you for shopping with us. To ensure the security of your purchase, please review our shipping guidelines below.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer two tiers of shipping for our domestic customers:
Shipping & Taxes Taxes and shipping options are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: FREE via UPS. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: This service typically provides Next-Day or 2nd-Day delivery depending on your location and the time the order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated based on courier choice. We offer UPS NED DAY AIR shipping.
Processing & Handling
- Same-Day Processing: For items currently in stock, orders placed before 4:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped within one business day.
- Late Orders: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends/holidays, will be processed the following business day.
- Note: If you select Express Shipping after 4:00 PM, your order will ship the next business day for delivery the day after.
International Shipping
We provide worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Shipping rates and taxes are calculated at the check out.
Security & Delivery Requirements
Because we specialize in high-value items, we implement the following security measures for your protection:
- Signature Required: All packages require a signature upon delivery. We cannot waive this requirement, so please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
- Security Tags: All items arrive with a unique security tag attached.
- Verification: Your unique security tag number is documented on the packing list included in your shipment. Please verify this number upon arrival.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Notification email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey and estimated arrival time.
