Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy

At Jeffrey Levinson LLC, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If

you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return process subject to the

following conditions:

1. The Return Window

To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of your delivery date. Once your request is

approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. To be eligible for a refund,

the item must be safely received back at our facility within 21 days of the original delivery date.

2. Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The security tag must be intact and untampered with.

The product must be in its original packaging, including all dust bags, boxes, and

protective materials.

The item must be in new, unused, and sellable condition.

Note: If the security tag is removed or damaged, the item is no longer eligible for return and will

be sent back to the customer.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Email Us: Contact our team at Contact@jeffreylevinson.com to request a return.

2. Receive Your Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping

label via email.

3. Pack and Label: Securely pack the item in its original box. Securely attach the provided

return label to the outside of the sealed box.

4. Drop Off: Drop the package off at an authorized UPS or FedEx location (as specified on

your label).

4. Proof of Postage & Responsibility

The safe return of the item is the sole responsibility of the client.

Obtain Proof: You must obtain a receipt or proof of drop-off from the logistics provider

(UPS/FedEx) when you hand over the package.

Loss in Transit: If an item is lost in transit and does not reach our facility, we will be

unable to proceed with a refund. We strongly recommend keeping your drop-off receipt

until your refund is confirmed.

 

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of

your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be

applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to

appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
