Accepted Payment Methods We offer a variety of secure payment options for your convenience. We accept all major credit cards, as well as express checkout options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Please note that we do not offer delayed payment instalments (such as Afterpay), and we do not accept wire transfers for direct website purchases at this time.

Payment Processing For all standard online orders, your selected payment method will be charged in full immediately at the time of checkout to secure your items.

Bespoke and Made-to-Order Purchases Due to the highly specialized nature of bespoke, special, and made-to-order pieces, these items follow a dedicated billing schedule. Upon confirmation of your custom order, you will be sent a direct invoice for an initial payment portion. The remaining balance will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to the shipment of your completed piece.

Taxes and International Duties To provide a seamless global shopping experience, our international shipments are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All applicable state sales taxes and international import duties are calculated and charged at the time of checkout based directly on your shipping address. This ensures that your order is delivered with all taxes and customs fees prepaid, preventing any unexpected charges upon arrival.

Security and Order Verification To ensure the highest level of security and to protect our clientele, all transactions are encrypted and processed securely. For fraud prevention purposes, we require a valid email address and phone number to be provided at checkout. As an additional safeguard, high-value orders may be subject to a standard manual review. In such cases, our team may reach out to verify specific order details prior to fulfilment.
