Craftsmanship & Production
Our hardshell clutches are engineered and produced in our Philadelphia atelier. All leather goods are crafted in Florence, Italy by specialist artisans with generations of expertise in luxury leatherwork.
Each Jeffrey Levinson piece is crafted using distinct materials and finishing techniques — from stamped Italian nappa and suede to hand-applied precious metal finishes. Pricing reflects the materials, finishing process and craftsmanship involved.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our US atelier. Duties and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout where applicable.
In-stock pieces ship within 1 business day. Domestic delivery takes 3–5 business days. International delivery typically takes 3–7 business days excluding customs clearance.
All high-value orders require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Yes. Once dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking details.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to duties, VAT or local taxes depending on the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window. Items must be received within 14 days of delivery in original condition.

Domestic returns are complimentary. International returns incur a $160 return fee.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once the return is approved.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage and ensuring the label is affixed before courier handover. Items lost in transit without tracking confirmation cannot be refunded
We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment providers at checkout.
Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to expedited processing.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
We offer bespoke colour matching, embroidery and monogramming services.
Lead times range from 4–8 weeks unless otherwise stated.
Custom and personalized pieces are final sale.
Repairs & Restoration
Yes. We offer restoration services for our hardshell clutches.

Product Care
Clean the high-gloss surface with a microfiber cloth or lens-safe alcohol wipe.
Store leather goods in their dust bag away from direct sunlight.
Gift Cards
Yes. We offer digital gift cards delivered instantly via email.Our e-gift cards are available in multiple denominations and may be redeemed online toward any Jeffrey Levinson piece.
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address immediately after purchase.
Jeffrey Levinson gift cards do not expire.
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Packaging & Presentation
Each piece is delivered in signature Jeffrey Levinson packaging, including a protective dust bag and microfiber cloth
Retail Partnerships
Jeffrey Levinson pieces are available through select luxury retailers. Items purchased through retail partners must be returned directly to the retailer and are subject to their policies
