Each Jeffrey Levinson piece is crafted with exceptional precision and designed to be enjoyed for years to come. With thoughtful care, your piece will retain its beauty and character over time.

Hardshell Clutches

Your clutch is accompanied by a protective dust bag and a microfiber cloth for ongoing care.

To maintain its finish, gently wipe the surface with the microfiber cloth to remove dust or light marks. For more persistent marks, a specialist lens-cleaning wipe may be used sparingly, followed immediately by buffing with the microfiber cloth.

Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or excessive moisture, as these may compromise the surface finish. Care should be taken to prevent contact with sharp objects that may scratch or mark the exterior.

When cleaning, avoid contact with the interior leather lining, as certain materials may cause discolouration.

Over time, natural signs of wear may occur as part of the piece’s journey. Should your clutch require attention or repair, our aftercare service is available to restore it wherever possible.

Leather Bags

Our leather goods are crafted in Florence using carefully selected, hand-finished leathers.

When not in use, we recommend storing your bag in its dust bag, away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. To preserve the structure, avoid overfilling and consider lightly stuffing the interior.

For routine care, a soft, dry cloth is sufficient. If needed, a high-quality leather conditioner may be applied sparingly to maintain suppleness. Avoid exposure to water, oils, perfumes, and alcohol-based products.

Suede Bags

Suede is a delicate material that requires a lighter touch.

Use a suede brush to gently lift the nap and remove surface dust. In the event of marks, a specialist suede eraser may be used with care.

Avoid contact with water, creams, or cleaning solutions, as these may permanently alter the texture and colour.
